Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Pricing: All prices shown are inclusive of Irish VAT which is currently at 23%. 

Purchase: Choose your item(s) from the web catalogue pages, and place your order on-line through WorldPay or PayPal via the 'Add to Cart' button(s).

Alternatively, we can accept and process Mail and Telephone orders.

Payment: Through one of the Secure Internet Payments Methods ,

WorldPay: Currently we can accept payment with MasterCard, Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card and Laser Debit Card.

PayPal: You can pay safely using your credit card directly through PayPal's Secure Site or alternatively pay through your own PayPal account - sign up for an account in minutes!

We can also accept personal or banker's cheque directly payable to ASM-Marine.

Delivery: In stock items - Usually dispatched same day as receipt of payment. At discretion of ASM-Marine, goods may be shipped prior to this by arrangement.

For items not currently in stock, normally allow 10 days for delivery. It is our policy to maintain as full a stock as possible. However, if an item is not in stock, the customer will always be advised of expected delivery date. Should this prove unsatisfactory, refunds can be issued if required.

Arrangements can be made to deliver direct to selected sailing events within Ireland.

Shipping: Calculated at the time of order, and is based on the Standard Postal Rates within Ireland, to the U.K. and other European countries. In most cases, the actual postal charges will be less than the final cost to ASM-Marine.

For other postal arrangements - e.g. to ship by Registered Post, Express Post or Courier, please contact ASM-Marine for a quote. Additional payment can then be made by the buyer through PayPal.
